Hi everyone, and welcome to my stand.fm channel! My name is Jasmine, and I'm excited to start this journey with you all. This channel is dedicated to improving our English speaking and pronunciation skills together.
First, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I work as a researcher and have a passion for learning languages, especially English. I've traveled to 34 countries and spoken with people from over 35 countries, including native speakers. While I'm not a big fan of studying, I love communicating with people from different countries through English. My pronunciation isn't perfect, but I believe that it's okay as long as we keep trying and improving. I've learned that communication is more important than perfection.
I decided to share my audio blog because even though I can speak English and talk with native speakers, I don't speak English smoothly all the time, and my pronunciation isn't perfect. Plus, I actually have a weak throat, and sometimes it gets swollen and I even get a fever, so speaking isn't my strong suit. I hope that when you hear me, you'll gain confidence knowing that it's okay to make mistakes and that we can improve together.
On this channel, I'll be sharing my experiences, challenges, and successes in learning English. I'll also provide you with useful tips and exercises to help you improve your pronunciation. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills, I hope you'll find my content helpful and motivating.
