Hi, I'm Acco!
This year, I want to improve my daily habits. I have a weak body and often catch colds, especially in winter. T
his has been a problem for a long time.
Next January and February, I will be on stage at events in Tokyo. I want to stay as healthy as possible so I can do my best. I believe these events could change my life, so I want to give everything I have.
To stay healthy, I plan to focus on simple things: getting enough sleep, eating healthy food, stretching every day, walking more, and keeping my body warm.
By the way! On January 19, I will give a speech at an event called the Samurai Competition. Then, on February 15, I will perform a dance at an Adults’ Club Event. Isn’t it surprising?
An ordinary mom, leaving her kids with her husband, going to Tokyo alone, and standing on stage—it sounds like a dream, right?
