I live in Noto. I appreciate your thoughtfulness. We humans cannot predict where disasters will occur. It's sad, but all we can do is accept it and move forward. What I can tell everyone is to be prepared, thinking that it might happen to you someday. That is my advice as a disaster survivor.😺
