One of Those Days

Today’s talk is sort of touching. In my case,these kind of thoughts appears when I’m about to sleep, and kept me awake until the next morning .

You know, unhappiness really starts when you compare yourself to others—I get that. But at the same time, I think it’s just human nature to end up comparing anyway. One thing I can say for sure is… a middle-aged guy being mentally messy is kind of beyond saving… lol.
